Cooking Instructions

Chop all vegetables separately and either sauté or steam cook them.Fry lightly the paneer cubes and set aside.In the remaining oil fry the chopped onion till crispy.Set aside.Make a paste of sesame,cashewnuts,fresh cream,ginger and garlic.Add 1 tbsp ghee to the remaining oil and sprinkle ajwain and hing. Now add the wet paste,turmeric, red chilli powder,kitchen king masala and salt and pinch of sugar to taste.

Fry till oil leaves sides.Then add the vegetables and toss.Add little water and let it cook till nearly done.Add the fried paneer,crispy onion and kasoori methi. Toss all.Sprinkle garam masala,little more fresh cream and garnish with chopped coriander and few cashewnuts.
