Ingredients

  1. 3\kg pork steak cut into cubes
  2. Ginger n garlic greated
  3. Pinchsalt
  4. 2tomatoes blended
  5. 1red onion
  6. Dhania
  7. 1green capsicum cut into juliene
  8. 2 tbspfermented milk
  9. 2 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Put the meat under low fire to get rid of the water in it..cook until brown

  2. 2

    In a separate saucepan put oil to melt.add onions,gingergarlic and saute

  3. 3

    Put the pork and mix.add the julienes of capsicum,let it cook for some seconds

  4. 4

    Add pureed tomatoes and fermented milk,mix evenly'.add salt to taste.

    Finally add the chopped Dhania for the aroma.serve hot with your desired starch and veg
