Ingredients

4 ppl
  1. 100 gbacon
  2. 1and half onion
  3. halfbunch spinach
  4. 400 mlmilk
  5. 1 tbsall purpose flour
  6. 1 tbsbutter or margarine
  7. 100 gmacaroni (or pasta)
  8. 2 tbsbread crumb
  9. halfany kind of bouillon (cube)
  10. pinchsalt and black pepper
  11. 100 gmozzarella cheeze
  12. [to boil macaroni]
  13. 1 Lwater
  14. halftbs salt
  15. 1 teaspoonoil

    Cut the bacon, onion and spinach

    Meanwhile, in a large pot of salted, boiling and oil dropped water, cook the macaroni according to package direction (until al dente). When it becomes ready, drain water and put it aside.

    In another pot, heat margarine and fry bacon. When its color changes, add your onion and let them cook for a few minutes.

    Add your spinach. When it becomes soft, add flour and mix well.

    Add milk and season with bouillon, salt and black pepper. Heat it in a low heat for a couple of minutes until the milk bubbles. Start mixing constantly until the sauce becomes thick.

    Add your macaroni and let it coated well with sauce.

    Grease your gratin dish with margarine. Transfer the mixture to the greased dish.

    Sprinkle the cheese (and bread crumb) all over the top and bake it for about 10 minutes in preheated oven at 220 degree.

    When the cheese turns brown, it is ready!

Looks amazing! Have to try this one. Is there an alternative I can use for bacon as I don't eat pork?
