Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 50 gramsMacaroni
  2. 1/2Onion
  3. 1portion Chicken tenderloins
  4. 2Wiener sausages
  5. 1 tbspMargarine
  6. 2 tbspFlour
  7. 300 mlMilk
  8. 2 tspConsommé bouillon powder
  9. 1 dashSalt and pepper
  10. 1 dashVegetable oil
  11. 1Pizza cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the macaroni as directed on the package.

    Chop the chicken and onion.

  3. 3

    Coat a frying pan with vegetable oil, and sauté Step 1.

  4. 4

    Add the margarine and melt.

  5. 5

    Add the flour and sauté. Make sure not to let it burn.

  6. 6

    Add the milk, consommé, salt and pepper, and simmer over low heat while stirring.

  7. 7

    Simmer for about 3 minutes until it thickens.

  8. 8

    Add the boiled macaroni and stir.

  9. 9

    Transfer into a gratin dish.

  10. 10

    Top with pizza cheese, and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 ℃.
