Ingredients

  1. 150 gmpaneer(mashed)
  2. 1onion (finely chopped)
  3. 1large tomato (finely chopped)
  4. 1/2 tspturmeric
  5. as per taste Salt
  6. 4finely chopped green chilli
  7. 1/4 cupgreen coriander leaves
  8. 1 tbspoil
  9. 1/2 tbspred chilli powder (optional)
  10. 1 tbspgarlic-ginger paste

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly heat oil in a vok or pan.

    Add onion and green chilli and fry for 2 minutes. Then add ginger - garlic paste and fry for a minute.

    Then add tomatoes and fry till become soft..

  4. 4

    Add turmeric and mashed paneer. Add salt. Saute it well.

  5. 5

    Turn off gas. And garnish with coriander.

  6. 6

    Serve with naan, paratha or chapati.
