Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1full dressed chicken
  2. 5 clovesgarlic
  3. 1 piecefresh ginger
  4. 1/2 tbsphot Chilli
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 3 tbspcooking oil
  7. 1 tbsptomato paste

Cooking Instructions

    Wash chicken under running water and cut it into desirable pieces then put in a spacious bowl.

    Peel garlic and ginger, wash then pound in a mortar.

  3. 3

    Mix chicken pieces with oil and salt, add the pound garlic and ginger, then chilli and stir to marinade all the pieces.

    Add tomato paste and mix thoroughly to attain the look below:

    Freeze the marinated chicken for about 2 hours.

    Place the pieces one by one on a baking pan and let it bake as you turn the pieces upside down to cook on both sides.

    Serve hot with your favourite dish.
