Tuna Packets
Baking is more healthy than deep frying..
Steps

Knead the dough as for chapati using the flour, water and salt

To prepare the filling, first clean the tuna fish in water, and add little turmeric powder and salt and pressure cook it for 1 whistle

Now drain of the extra water from the fish. Heat oil in a frying pan add the chopped onion. Let it turn golden.Add the ginger, garlic and green chilli and curry leaves. Give it a good stir

Add the chilli powder to it and throw in the cooked tuna.Stir it and fry it nicely.

Add in the fennel and black pepper powder

Take it from stove and let it cool.Add the cabbage and Mayonnaise or cheese to it and give it a good stir.

Roll it into circle and cut out circles and shape it

Fill it with the filling prepared and close the edges

Coat it with little butter and milk and top it with sesame seeds
- 10
Bake it at 180 degrees for 30 mintues. Check if done properly or bake until done
