  3. Salt
  4. Handfulleaves Garden egg
  5. 2Smoked fish
  6. 3 cupsPalmoil
  7. 2Onion
  8. 3cksp Crayfish
  9. 2 cubesMaggi

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the plantain rinse and cut.

    Cut and pour in water let the water stop where it plantain stop.cut in onion,red pepper,salt,crayfish,maggi cubes,after 10minutes

    Stir and cover back to boil stirring with a wooden spoon.remove the bones from the smoked fish rinse and put in pot after 10minutes cut the garden egg leaves and after 5minutes eat the meal
