Cooking Instructions

Heat the oil, add curry powder and stir. Add onions and saute till golden brown

Add carrots and potatoes and stir. Add half cup of water and half cup of coconut milk, stir in Turmeric and salt.

Reduce heat and cover to cook for 15min, add the remaining water and coconut milk and cook till the soup is thick.

Add peas and cook for another 3min.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice.
