Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients into a saucepan then bring to the boil, reduce heat and cover with a lid.

Simmer for an hour stirring frequently until the apples are tender and the chutney is thickened.

Mix with water if necessary to keep the ingredients moist.
- 4
Ladle hot chutney into sterilised jars and seal, or allow cool and store in the fridge until ready to serve.
