Cooking Instructions

Heat ghee in a wok and add mustard seeds green chillies and saute

Now add potatoes and cook until soft.

Add tomatoes red chilli powder salt and mix well. Cook few minutes

Now add sabudana and mix well. Cook few minutes more and switch off the flame

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot
