Ingredients

  1. 1/2 Kgmeat
  2. 3 Buncheskales
  3. Tomatoes
  4. Onion
  5. Green paper
  6. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Cut meat into small pieces.

    Boil it until tender.

  3. 3

    When tender, add some cooking oil and wait till all the water disappears.

    Add the copped onion and cook till brown. Then add the copped tomatoes.

  5. 5

    After cooking the tomatoes, then add the cleaned, and cut kales. Cover the cooking pot for sometime for the kales to cook to your liking. Then add salt for taste.

    Stir the mixture add cook a little bit. Then it is ready to serve with ugali preferably.
