Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsSweet potatoes diced
  2. Vegetables of choice
  3. Chicken laps/thighs
  4. 3 cubesmaggi
  5. Salt
  6. 800 mlCoconut milk
  7. 1 tablespooncurry
  8. 4 tablespoonVegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut your chicken into small chunks, spice with salt and Maggi set aside.

    Put your skillet on high heat, add oil, then fry chicken until all side is brown.

  3. 3

    Then add left over ingredients to the chicken allow to cook until the potatoes dissolves and your sauce thickens

  4. 4

    If it's too thick add water to loosen it a little.
