Ingredients

Three hours
  1. 4Chaap
  2. 1 tbsprefined flour
  3. 1 tbspCornflour
  4. 1 tbspMalai
  5. 1 tbspYogurt
  6. To tasteSalt
  7. 1 tspBlack pepper
  8. as neededOil For deep fry
  9. 1 cupCrush Corn flakes
  10. 1 tspMustard Powder
  11. 2 tspGinger and Garlic Paste
  12. 1 tspGaram Masala
  13. 4Crush mint leaves
  14. to tasteChaat Masala-
  15. 1 tspGreen Chilli Sauce

Cooking Instructions

Three hours

    Take Chaap and Boil in water for 5 minutes. Remove from water and dry with Kitchen towel.

    Take bowl Add All ingredients except Maida, cornflour,cornflakes and Chaap.

    Mix well them then add Chaap for merinate for atleast 2 hours in refrigerator.

    Take maida and cornflour mix well and add some salt and black pepper.make batter with water.

    Take Marinated chaap dip in bater and cover with cornflakes one by one. Put in refrigerator for half an hour.

    Take hot oil and fry the chaap one by one medium flame. When it's colour is brown remove from oil and put on tissue paper and sprinkle the Chaat masala.

    Yummy kurkuri chaap is ready eat with Mint Dhaniya chutney
