We all love cake especially with 4 o'clock tea or a cold drink and this cake here is just perfect, it brings people together so that we can all have a piece from it and stick around incase someone doesn't is already full and can't finish there share or if a piece is left after everybody has had there share.

Ingredients

    Drive the flour and baking powder into a bowl.

    Add in the sugar and mix.

  3. 3

    Grate the orange rind and add to the flour and mix.

  4. 4

    Pour in the oil and mix until the mixture looks like wet sand.

  5. 5

    Extract juice from the orange into the mixture.

  6. 6

    Add in vanilla essence and mix.

  7. 7

    Beat eggs in a separate bowl until they're foamy and pour in the mixture.

    Start pouring in milk bit by bit while mixing until you get the right consistency.

    Grease your pan with blue band and dust with flour.

  10. 10

    Pour your cake mixture into the baking tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180°© for 40 minutes.

    Once the timer goes off take a toothpick and press through the cake and if it comes out clean your cake is ready.

    Set it aside to rest the n you can remove from the pan and serve with spiced tea or a cold drink. Enjoy 😋😋
