Ingredients

  1. 4 sliceswhite/brown bread
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1/2 tspCinammon powder
  4. 1 tbspmilk
  5. Salt
  6. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a tsp of oil in a shallow pan, preferably non stick

  2. 2

    Whisk the eggs in a shallow bowl, add the Cinammon, salt milk and mix well.

  3. 3

    Dip a slice into the egg mixture and turn both sides, fry in the pan until both sides are nicely browned. Continue with this procedure on all the slices.

  4. 4

    Serve hot or cold with Tea.
