Stuffing - Take 2 TSP ghee in a pen, Add dry fruts and fry it lightly for a minute. Now add Chopped vegetables in it.stir fry it Cuple of minutes.Then add khova in the pen followed by Masala and coriander. Once everything is thoroughly mixed the Stuffing is ready. Pleas the stuffing asaid.

Make a small puri's from be the priped Daugh and stuff the filling in it. take oil in pen for frying the stuff Gujiya's, Fry the Gujiya's until they turn golen Brown, one's turned Golden brown take them on the serving plate and searv them with sauce.
