  1. 1and 1/2 bowl Milk(full cream)
  2. 1/2bowl Soya powder
  3. 3tsp Sugar
  4. 8-10Pistachio
  5. 8-10Almonds
  6. 2Green cardamom
  7. 1tsp Ghee
  8. 3-4earthenware cups(Kulhad)

    Heat ghee in the kadahi or pan.

    Roast Soya powder into ghee for 3 to 4 minutes on lower flame.

    Now,take it out from kadahi or pan.Keep it aside in plate.

    Stir Now,add sugar in same kadahi.Let it be caramelize.

    Stir it untill sugar convert into liquid.(Do not add water).

  7. 7

    Now,add milk into the caramelized sugar.

  8. 8

    Stir it till milk gets thicker.Add cardomon seeds.

    It will take almost 6 to 7 minutes on high flame.

    Now,add roasted soya powder in the milk.

    Mix it well.Stir it almost 5 minutes on lower flame.

    Our Rabri is ready.Take it out in kulhads(Earthenware cups).

    Garnish with chopped Pistachio and almonds and keep these kulhads in freeze for 15 minutes.It gives very good taste.
