Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupgreen moong
  2. 1/2 cuplobia soaked
  3. 1 cupchopped onions
  4. 1/2 teaspoonjeera
  5. 1/2 teaspoonsaunf
  6. 3 tablespoonspring onions
  7. 1/2 teaspoonchilli powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoonginger garlic paste
  10. 1/3 teaspoonamchur
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1 pinchHing
  13. Oil for tadka

Cooking Instructions

    First boil the lobia and green moong for 5 whistles.

    Heat oil in pan add jeera,saunf,hing,turmeric powder cook well then add onions to it with pinch of salt and ginger garlic paste.

    Once cooked well add the lobia and green moong dhal and masala and cook well. Lastly add spring onions and simmer for 2 minutes and serve with roti.
