Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprice
  2. 2 cupsboiled chana dal
  3. 1 tspgreen coriander chopped
  4. 1 tspchopped garlic
  5. 1 tspcumin seeds
  6. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  8. 2 pincheshing
  9. 1 tsplemon juice
  10. to taste salt
  11. 2 tspoil
  12. 2 cupswater

Cooking Instructions

    Take rice wash and soak.

    Take a wok add oil,jeera,hing then add garlic saute add chana dal saute for 2 minutes then add all spices mix well.

    After 2 minutes add soaked rice and water mix and cover with lid cook at slow heat.

  4. 4

    After 10 minutes then add chana dal.Pulao is ready add green coriander and lemon juice mix and serve.
