Ingredients

45 mins
8 servings
  1. 1 Packagesnack size butterfinger candy bars (12 pack if not use two 6 packs)
  2. 1 cansweetened condensed milk
  3. 1 boxdark chocolate cake mix any brand but i think Betty Crocker works the best
  4. 1 bottlecaramel get the Hershey's squeeze bottle used for ice cream
  5. cool whip (optional) i don't use because in my house we aren't big on cool whip

Cooking Instructions

45 mins
  1. 1

Bake cake mix as instructed on box

  2. 2

When cake is baked poke holes all in the cake I've seen most people use a fork but i use a butter knife so that my holes are a little bigger

  3. 3

While cake is still hot and you have poked holes pour the sweetened condensed milk all over the top of the cake try and get it to run down into the holes

  4. 4

Then pour the caramel the same way you did the milk.... Remember this is basically your icing that makes the butterfingers stick to the cake so try to pour all over the cake

  5. 5

Crush up all the butterfingers except for one and sprinkle all over the top of the cake if you have sprinkled them all over the cake you can use the big chunks of the crushed butterfingers to fill the holes with just push it down into the cake if you used a fork then you probably wont have any big holes to push the candy into thats why i poke holes with a butter knife lol

  6. 6

If you dont want to add cool whip skip to step 9

  7. 7

If using cool whip spread evenly all over the cake

  8. 8

Take the very last mini butter finger and crush and sprinkle on top of the cool whip

  9. 9

Now its time to enjoy your delicious cake 😋 if you didn't use cool whip go ahead and eat that last butter finger
