Cooking Instructions

Boil chana daal in cooker.

Mix sugar, cardmom powder, cinnamon powder and nutmeg powder in it.

Cook it til it dries.

Let it cool.

Now mix wheat flour,salt, clarified butter and milk and make very smooth dough.

Mix daal in grinder.

Roll one mini chapati from prepared dough and fill it with big laddo of prepared chana daal.

Now lock it and dust it with flour.

Now roll one chapati from it.

Now cool it in low flame from both sides.

Brush it with ghee from both sides and enjoy it hot.
