Ingredients

  1. Beans
  2. Salt
  3. Onion
  4. Palm oil
  5. Green peper
  6. Seasoning
  7. Grounded crayfish
  8. Fresh red peper
  9. Plantine

Cooking Instructions

    Sort out the beans by picking out the stones and shells

  2. 2

    Put in a bowl of water for sometime so as to soften a bit

  3. 3

    Wash and place in the boiling water on fire

  4. 4

    Cover it and let it cook for a while...After which you do away with the water and put a fresh one this actually helps reduce the chemical

  5. 5

    Plaxe the pot back on the fire and this time put in your onion and salt and cover to cook

  6. 6

    When soft take out of the fire and place your frypan of oil on a low heat

  7. 7

    Put in your sliced onion when the oil gets hot and allow to fry

  8. 8

    After which yoy put in your blended peper and onion and crayfish including a seasoning allow them to fry.

    Stir and cover for it to cook for a while.

    Now its ready to be turned into our already cooked beans.

    Turn and stire untill all incoporated...our alread stire fried green peper will be put in lastly for Garnishing

    Peel off the skin of the plaintine and fry

  13. 13

    Viola!!!!!our delicious fried beans and plaintain ready
