Gluten-free Fluffy Sandwich Bread Gluten-free Fluffy Sandwich Bread
I'm removing gluten and casein from my son's diet, so I made this soft and fluffy bread for him.The point is to keep an eye on the dough while it's proofing so that it only doubles in size. If it expands too much, the center of the bread will sink.If it's summer, once the dough is about 1.5 times larger, go ahead and preheat your oven. You can make this with dry yeast too. Deep Fried “Cakwe” (Chinese Crullers) Deep Fried “Cakwe” (Chinese Crullers)
In my busy day, sometime I can’t think what should I cook for lunch or dinner. Home chores are never ending. Specially Monday is the busiest day to me. Doing laundry, cleaning house, cooking, and assignments also due on the same day. And now since quarantines time my hubby works from home. That means I have to cook for his lunch, and again later for our dinner. Earlier i made him very easy tofu sandwich for his lunch. Now I am planning to make chicken congee for our dinner. Usually chicken congee will serve with “Cakwe” as a topping. It’s kind of fried bread or fried dough with chewy and savory taste. It’s also called Chinese crullers. So here’s my homemade Cakwe recipe. Nia Hiura -

Subtly Sweet and Fluffy Apple Buns Subtly Sweet and Fluffy Apple Buns
I created this recipe because I wanted to make a not so sweet but light and delicious bread. I've repeatedly cooked this recipe every year in apple season since then.Adding brandy, rum, cinnamon, and butter to the apple will also be tasty. The apple doesn't have to turn translucent. I prefer a dark yellow apple color.Pears and pineapples instead of apple will be good as well. Recipe by Honey1972 cookpad.japan -

Focaccia Focaccia
I wanted to eat a really soft and tender focaccia rather than the usual type, so I adjusted a recipe I had for pizza crust.Bake it at a high temperature for a short time.In my gas oven, it's browned in about 2 minutes, so I take it out then. It's very soft.If you use a bread machine for all the steps up to Step 8, it's ultra-easy. Recipe by Pitarou cookpad.japan -
