Ingredients

  1. 2 cupmoong dal (soak for 1-2 hours) before making
  2. 1big onion chopped
  3. 1big tomatoes chopped
  4. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  5. 2-3garlic chopped
  6. 5-6curry leaves
  7. 4-5green chilli chopped
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  10. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  11. as neededcoriander leaves finely chopped
  12. as neededwater
  13. 1 1/2 tspoil
  14. 1/2 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Take a kadai put on gas add some oil to heat. after oil heat add some cumin seeds and curry leaves sauté for a second.

    After that, add garlic and green chilli and sauté for a second. after that add onion sauté upto onion get change in light red colour. after that add tomatoes saute for few second.

  3. 3

    Add turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder sauté for few second and add soak moong daal and salt mix it properly.

    After mixing add hot water in it and boil up till your moong daal will get soft.

  5. 5

    Your moong daal is ready serve with chapati
