Cooking Instructions

Make 2 doughs 1st one is salty and the 2nd sweet

For the Salty dough in a bowl put 1 cup of flour add 1 spoon of yeast,lemon zest,cardamon,rub the blueband and add the warm milk and mix the ingredients and knead your dough

For the sweet dough in a bowl put 1 cup of flour add 1 spoon of yeast,lemon zest,cardamon,rub the blueband and add the warm milk and mix the ingredients and knead your dough

Apply some oil and cover the dough for one hour and leave it to rest and it will double in size

Roll both your dough not to thin and not to thick

Put the salty one down and the sweet one on top
- 7
Roll it and cut some circle with a knife.

Deep fry them
- 9
Ready to serve
