Ingredients

  1. forthe dough:
  2. 2.5 cupsFlour
  3. 1 pinchSalt
  4. 2 tspYeast
  5. 2 tspSugar
  6. 1 cupMilk
  7. 1Egg
  8. 4 tbspButter
  9. forspread:
  10. 1 tbspOil
  11. 1Onion sliced
  12. 4Garlic pods crushed
  13. 2 tbspThick curd
  14. 2 tbspTomato ketchup
  15. 1 tspRed chillie powder
  16. 1 tspGaram masala powder
  17. to tasteSalt as per taste
  18. 6-8seekh Kababs
  19. 1Egg for egg wash-whisk it
  20. some sesame seeds black

Cooking Instructions

    Take the flour and add the salt,yeast,sugar and milk.Mix and knead into a soft dough

    Apply little butter and keep kneading the dough for 7 to 10 mins.Keep in a bowl, covered for 45 mins to 1 hr or till it doubles

    Make the spread/sauce:Heat oil and add the onions,sauce till transparent. Add the garlic and sauce again

    Add the curd and the ketchup add the red chilli powder and the garam masala powder.Adjust the salt.Our spread is ready

    Grill the skeekh kababs and set aside.You can pan fry them too.

    Take our dough and spread it on the counter top.Spread the sauce we prepared and then place our grilled seekh kababs.

    Braid the bread.Apply egg wash and sprinkle some seeds

  8. 8

    Serve warm along with chutney and sliced onions
