Ingredients

  1. 1 kgFish
  2. Garlic 1 spoon paste
  3. Ginger 1 spoon paste
  4. Vinegar 2 lid
  5. 1/2 spoonQasoori methi
  6. 1 tea spoonZeera
  7. 1/4 spoonAjwain
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. 3Lemon juice of
  10. 2 spoonsChillies
  11. 2 spoonsCorn flour
  12. 2 spoonsBaisan
  13. 2 spoonYougart
  14. 1/4 tea spoonHaldi
  15. For fry
  16. Oil in a pan

Cooking Instructions

    First of all wash the fish and clean it properly now add garlic Ginger paste and vinegar in it. Marinate it for 30 mint.

    Now add yougart, baisan and corn flour in a pan and add all the ingredients mentioned above

    Now marinate it for one day or 5-8 hours

  4. 4

    Take a pan with oil and let it hot. Now gradually add the pieces of fish in it untill light brown

  5. 5

    After turning it's colour in brown take it out. Now cut the lemon ans decorate it as per your desire.

    Delicious and yummy fish is ready to serve
