Cooking Instructions

    Wash, peel and cut the potato into a bowl

    Rinse thoroughly and put into pot

  3. 3

    Add water and little salt, cover and allow for some minutes to cook

  4. 4

    In a bowl break eggs, add salt, maggi, diced onion and ground pepper and whisk

  5. 5

    Add the cooked Irish into the egg mixture and turn together

  6. 6

    Fry in a heated oil until golden brown and set aside

  7. 7

    Peel plantain, cut to pieces, add pinch of salt and fry in heated oil until Brown

  8. 8

    Reduce the oil in the pan and turn in the remaining whisked egg use for the Irish and fry on low heat.

  9. 9

    Dish the Irish, plantain and egg side by side with hot tea or as desired.
