My best ever Margheritta Pizza!

Made Farm Fresh Margherita Pizza with all homemade ingredients like red sauce, white sauce and green sauce.
Prepared homemade Wheat dough by keeping it for 24 hours and then used further for topping and garnishing.
Topped with 3 ingredients like tomato, homemade cheese and basil leaves.
Garnished with Oreganoes and Chilli Flakes.🍕

Made Farm Fresh Margherita Pizza with all homemade ingredients like red sauce, white sauce and green sauce.
Prepared homemade Wheat dough by keeping it for 24 hours and then used further for topping and garnishing.
Topped with 3 ingredients like tomato, homemade cheese and basil leaves.
Garnished with Oreganoes and Chilli Flakes.🍕
Steps

Take dried red chillies to make chilli flakes. Remove the stems.

Put them into a pan on low medium heat and dry roast until they turn crispy. Little black spots on chillies are ok. Allow to cool for few minutes.

Chillies should be crispy to the extent that it can be easily broke into two. Put them into a blender jar. Blend to form a coarse chilli flakes.
Tip: Do not Blend chillies in one go for long. It will turn into chilli powder and not the chilli Flakes.
- Blend in batches.
- Adjust the quantity of the chilies as per usage.
- Made 7 grams of chilli flakes. Stored to use later. - 4
Transfer it to plate and then store in an Air Tight container. Keep aside.

Take ingredients to make white Sauce. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium low heat.

Whisk in Wheat Flour for few minutes until it gets mixed thoroughly with butter and changes its color to golden brown.

Whisk in milk and stir for few more minutes until desired consistency.
Tip: To have perfect consistency, check it by coating on a spoon. - 8
Add black pepper, grated nutmeg powder and mix well. Add salt and again give it a mix.

Further, add grated mozzarella cheese. Mix well and smooth creamy white sauce is ready to enjoy!
Tip: 1)White sauce becomes thicken after some time. Add milk for the desired consistency and adjust the quantity of the milk.
2) It can be used straight away or stored for 1 to 2 days in refrigerator. - 10
Take all the ingredients together to make red tomato pizza sauce.
Take 6 riped red tomatoes, slit them on the bottom to get easily peeled while boiling. ❌️ - 11
Add them all in a hot boiling water on medium high flame.

Close the vessel and boil for 3 to 4 minutes until the skin starts to leave from the tomatoes. Transfer them to plate and allow to cool for some time.

Peel all the tomatoes once they cooled completely. Take 3 tomatoes from these peeled ones to make puree and kept aside the remaining three.

Transfer 3 peeled tomatoes to blender jar and blend to make smooth puree.

Chop the remaining three tomatoes that were kept aside. Discard the seeds. Transfer to plate and kept aside.

Heat oil in a non-stick kadhai or heavy bottomed pan. Add chopped garlic. Saute for few minutes until it begins to change its color.

Add Chopped onions and saute for few minutes until they turn golden brown.Then add 3 chopped deseeded tomatoes and cook completely. Mash them to become mushy soon.

Add prepared puree from the three tomatoes. Mix it well. Add rest of the spices like basil, sugar, red chilli powder, oregano, chilli flakes and salt.
Tip: Adding sugar is optional. - 19
Mix well and bring it to boil. Cover and cook on low flame for at least 5 minutes until the sauce gets thicker. Add tomato ketchup to enhance the flavor of the pizza. Lastly, add butter to make it more smooth and Tasty.

Mix well, finally the pizza sauce is ready to prepare pizzas or pastas. Garnished with fresh basil leaves. Keep aside to use further on pizza.

Take all ingredients together to make green chutney. Put freshly chopped Mint Leaves in a blender jar along with all the ingredients like tamarind pulp, black salt, cumin, chopped garlic cloves, green chilli and a dash of water.

Blend to form a puree.

Add prepared white sauce.Ready to use. Keep aside to use further on pizza.

To make pizza dough, gather all the ingredients together. Put Wheat Flour in bowl and add instant yeast.

Add salt and rest of the ingredients like olive oil and honey.

Mix well and start kneading a dough by adding warm water. Knead for at least 5 minutes until you get smooth dough.

Dust surface with corn flour and knead to make round ball. Coat bowl with olive oil to keep kneaded dough overnight in refrigerator.

Put the dough in a bowl. Cover it and keep in refrigerator for at least 24 hours to have nice pizza base.

Keep the dough out of the refgrigrator after 24 hours. Cover and allow to come at room temperature for at least 2 hours before using it.

Again, dust the surface with corn flour. Toss the kneaded dough onto the cornflour surface and starting from the centre, spread the dough by pressing gently with your fingers to form a round shape.
Tip: You may divide it into two parts and use one part for now and the other part will be kept to use later. - 31
Prick the base with a folk. Apply little olive oil on the base. Then apply prepared red pizza sauce.

Coat the base with all three prepared sauces (red sauce, white sauce, green sauce)

Top it with homemade grated mozarella cheese and sliced tomatoes. Start to bake in a microwave. Apply little olive oil on pizza stand before transfering pizza on it. Set the microwave to 800 watt which equals 450 fahrenheit and start baking for 7 to 8 minutes.

Then tranfer to plate. While serving garnish it with basil leaves, oreganoes and chilli flakes.
