Ingredients

  1. 100 gmPaneer
  2. 1/2 bowlMoong Daal sprouts
  3. 1Onion
  4. 1Tomato
  5. 1Cucumber
  6. 2Green chilli
  7. 1Lemon
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. to tasteBlack pepper
  10. 1/2 tspChaat masala
  11. as neededWater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak moong Daal in water overnight. In the morning drain the water and keep it in muslin cloth for 4 hours. Small Sprout start coming.

    Steam Daal and transfer it to serving bowl.

  3. 3

    Chop onion, tomato, cucumber, green chilli and paneer.

  4. 4

    Mix chop vegetables in Sprout. Sprinkle salt, black pepper and chaat masala.

  5. 5

    Squeeze half lemon and serve.
