Stir-Fried Mixed Phở Stir-Fried Mixed Phở
You can enjoy this dish in two different ways: soft stir-fried phở or crispy pan-fried phở.Initially, I planned to stir-fry only shrimp and squid, but I worried it wouldn't be enough, so I added some sausage and bacon from the fridge. It turned out great, and we finished it all. I guess we don't eat much! 🤣 Hoàng OanhTranslated from Cookpad Vietnam -

Seafood Paella Seafood Paella
Seafood paella is always delicious. I made this one as I went along, just like my mother used to make it and as I remember it. If you prefer a mixed paella, once the vegetables are sautéed, add the meat and brown it, then continue with the rest of the recipe. You can also add whole shrimp or other types of fish if you like. I hope you enjoy it. Diana RodriguezTranslated from Cookpad Spain -
