  2. 1 eachTomato
  3. 1 bunchbroccoli
  4. 1/4 eachpumpkin
  5. 1/2red pepper
  6. 1/2yellow onion
  7. 1/2carrot
  8. 1 stickcelery
  9. Pumpkin sauce
  10. 1/2pumpkin
  11. 1yellow onion
  12. 1carrot
  13. 2 stickcelery
  14. 350 mlwater
  15. 2 pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    First,dig a hole in the center of tomato.Take out the fruit of tomato and place aside.Then cut the othet vegetable into small fine pieces and blanch them except onion,celery.After blanch,put them into a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process,and this way can make the colour of vegetable more beauty.

    The following step is make the pumpkin sauce.First,put some olive oil in a pan,when the oil is hot,put the carrot,celery and onion inside(three of this vegetable must cut into small pieces)

    Then cut the pumpkin into small pieces and put into the pan and cook until the smell is come out,then put the water into the pan(just enough to cover the pumpkin).Cook the mixture until the pumpkin is soft.When the pumpkin is soft enough,blend the whole thing,then it will become pumpkin sauce.

    The last step is saute all the mix vege with the tomato fruit that being dig out.put some salt to flavouring.After that put the mixed vege into the hole of tomato.Garnish the food with pumpkin sauce.
