I love bruschetta. Yet, not a fan of chopping all those tomatoes. Adding a couple ingredients to store bought and serving with homemade garlic bread makes it "semi-homemade" and delicious.

This bread was featured on a local TV show in Hokkaido. It's inspired from the delicious "Chikuwa Bread" from a certain famous store. I think I got pretty close... I'm pretty proud of myself.In Step 2, if you stuff too much canned tuna and onion-mayo into the chikuwa, it will spill out and the dough wont close up easily, so just use an appropriate amount. All we had was some luncheon meat ham and cheese type. I am not fond of this but some love it. So I maxed it out, with real cheese.

I had a couple of slices of three little molasses loaves bread leftover and added tuna salad and it was very tasty.
