Here is the recipe for healthy spring rolls as instead of maida i hv made thin sheets with moong dhuli dal

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 cupmoong dhuli daal(washed and soaked for 4 hrs)
  2. 1 cupchopped vegetables like( cabbage, capsicum,spring onion, beans, corn etc)
  3. 3 tspoil
  4. to tastesalt
  5. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tsp ketchup
  7. 1/2 tsp soya sauce
  8. 1/2 tsp chilli sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Blend dal and make a smooth batter with running consistency

  2. 2

    Make very thin sheets on hot tawa just like we cook chilla with the help of oil.Dont make them crisp as rolling could be difficult with crisp sheets

  3. 3

    Heatup pan add oil and saute ginger garlic paste and stirfry chopped vegetables

  4. 4

    Add all the sauces and mix

  5. 5

    When veggies are cool prepare rolls with moong dal seets

  6. 6

    Cut them diagonally and serve them with chutney
