Ingredients

  1. 1 cupRajma (kidney beans) (cooked well)
  2. 1 cupchopped tomato
  3. 2-3 tspoil
  4. 1/2 cupgrated onions
  5. 1 tspjeera( cumin)seeds
  6. 1-2green chillies
  7. 1/2 tbspginger garlic paste
  8. 1/2 tspDhania Jeera(Coriander cumin) Powder
  9. 1 tspGaram Masala
  10. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1 tspKasturi Methi
  12. As neededCoriander leaves
  13. to tastesalt
  14. As neededKetchup for serving
  15. as neededButter for toasting the bread
  16. 4Bread slices
  17. 1/2 cupfinely chopped onion for serving

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the oil in a kadai, add the onions and sauté for 2 to 3 mins. Next add ginger garlic paste, chilies and fry well. Add the chopped tomatoes, cook till it becomes soft. Add the masala pwds and mix.

    Next add the cooked rajma. Add salt, cook on low heat and the mix, cook till the gravy blends well with all the masalas. Keep stirring, cook on simmer for 5-10 min. Toast the bread on toaster or tava.

    Apply butter, place this Rajma mix on the bread slice, add raw onions and ketchup on top. Serve immediately.
