Ingredients

  1. 1 cupWheat Flour
  2. 1 tspoil
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. Water as required to knead the dough
  5. Ghee to apply on roti (as required)

Cooking Instructions

    Take a kneading bowl add flour, salt and add little little water. Knead soft-smooth dough. Put 1/2 tsp oil in hand and knead it. Cover it with damp cloth. Keep a side for 15 min.

    Now add 1/2 tsp oil and knead the dough again. And make equal portion balls. Now take a rolling pin. Dust the dough ball with dry flour and place on it. Roll the roti with very light hand.

    Heat up the tava on low flame, place the roll roti on heated tava. As soon roti get half cook. Flip it. Half cook from another side too. Now with the help of tong take roti on direct flame and get it on high flame. The roti will get puffed.

    If u u want soft roti take it on direct on plate and apply ghee. Or to get little crisp just turn the roti to other side on direct flame. Get on plate apply ghee and serve with any sabji.
