  1. Paneer filling
  2. 200 gmPaneer
  3. 1 tspKashmiri lal mirch
  4. 1 tspCoriander powder
  5. 1 tspcumin powder
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 tspgaram masala
  9. 1 tspkasuri methi
  10. 1 tbspaamchur powder
  11. 1/2 tspblack salt
  12. 1 tbspfresh coriander leaves
  13. 4big size Onion
  14. 1 cupMozarella cheese
  15. Slurry ingredients
  16. 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
  17. to tasteSalt
  18. 1 pinchblack pepper powder
  19. As neededWater
  20. As neededBread crumbs
  21. As neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    First add all the spices in a crumbled paneer and mix well.

    Now cut the onion in to 1 cm roundels.Separate the onion rings.

    Now fill the 1/4 part of onion rings with paneer filling and press it gently.Now add 1 tbsp Mozarella cheese and again top with paneer filling.And gently press it.Like this prepare all roundels.

    Now make all-purpose flour slurry using salt,black pepper powder and water.

    Now take one onion ring,coat it with all-purpose flour,then dip in a slurry and then coat it with bread crumbs,recoat this again in a slurry and bread crumbs.Like this prepare all onion rings.

    Now heat the oil and fry them at medium high flame till golden and crispy.Our crispy delicious cheesy paneer onion rings are ready to serve with ketchup.Enjoy 👌🥰😍👍
