We all love achar. It is enjoyed with roti, paratha, rice or khicdi. This is a khatta and mitha Aam ka achar having some dry roasted masala in it. This masala enhances the taste of this achar.

Ingredients

20 min
  1. 500 gmsraw mango
  2. 300 gmsgur
  3. 1 tbspwhole jeera, dhaniya, saunf and kalonji
  4. 1/2 tsp ajwain and methi
  5. 4-5Green cardamom and 1 inch of dalchini
  6. 1 tsp lemon juice

    Dry roast the masala and grind it into a coarse powder.

    Now grate the raw mango. In a pan add the grated mango and then the gur. Keep stirring and cooking it. Till the mango and the gur is mixed and cook well. Do it for 8-10 min. Then add the dry masala. Mix it well. When it cools down add the lemon juice. Then keep it in an air tight glass container
