  1. 250 gmPaneer cubes
  2. 1onion diced
  3. 1capsicum diced
  4. as required Spring onion for garnish
  5. 2 tbsmaida
  6. 2 tbsp+1tbsp corn flour
  7. as per tasteSalt
  8. 1 tspsoya sauce
  9. 1 tbsred chilli sauce
  10. 1/2 tspvinegar
  11. 1 tbsginger garlic paste
  12. 1 tbsketchup

Cooking Instructions

    Take Paneer in mixing bowl add salt maida and corn flour black pepper powder mix it to coat properly

    Heat oil in pan deep fry Paneer keep aside

    Again 2 tbs oil in pan add ginger garlic paste saute it to avoid rawness add spring onions white capsicum carrot if you want you can add trio bell pepper stir fry it

    Add water salt red chilli sauce soya sauce salt and pepper mix it bring it boil add Paneer Schezwan chutney ketchup

    Mix 1tbs corn flour and water make slury add it in Sabzi bring one boil to thicken the gravy switch off gas add vinegar and serve with fried rice
