Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupbutter
  2. 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  3. 1/4 tspvanilla essence
  4. 3/4all-purpose flour
  5. 1 tbspmilk
  6. 1 tspbaking powder
  7. 1-2 dropfood colour
  8. As required Salt for baking

    Gather all material on 1 top.

    In mixing a bowl add butter,add seive the powdered sugar,and baking powder.

    Mix well.

    Seive and add all-purpose flour,vanila essence in it and mix it up.

    Knead the dry batter and make a crumbly dough.Divide it into two parts.

    Put milk in 1 side of the dough to make a soft dough.Add food colour in another side of the dough and milk step by step to make a soft dough. 2 colours of dough are ready.

    Make a round shape of the colourful dough and flattend it.

    I don't have heart shape mould so I used bottle cap and make a round shape and put on each other one by one.Use little water to stick nicely with each other then cover it in plastic rap and keep for half hour in freezer.

    After half hour take it out from the freezer, cover the colored dough with the white-colored dough and again cover it with plastic wrap and put in the freezer for the next half and hour.

    After proper time completation of freezing cut it into round shape.

    Heat pan,add salt and stand,put a plate on the stand and bake it for 15 minutes or till nicely baked.cover with another plate.

    After 15 minutes our tasty,crunchy,crispy delicious,cookies ready to eat.
