Ingredients

  1. For batter :
  2. 2 cupsRice flour
  3. 1 cupDal
  4. As required Salt
  5. 1 tbspSugar
  6. 6 tbspOil
  7. Handful Curry leaves for garnishing
  8. As required Water
  9. 1 packetEno
  10. ForSchezwan:
  11. 1-2 tomatoes
  12. 1 cloveGarlic
  13. 1Onion
  14. 4 pcGreen chillies
  15. 2 Red chillies
  16. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  17. 1 tspBlack pepper
  18. 1 spoonOil

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl then add flour, dal after that add water and leave it for 3 hours.

    After 3 hours strain the water then grind in a mixer.

    Take another bowl in add batter and add water, salt, sugar then eno and mix batter very well.

    Ready to batter after gas stove on and take a pan to keep on the gas.

    Take idli stand and keep in batter and cook 15-20 mins, after cook it well and let it cool for 1 min and serve it with the help of a knife.

    For Schezwan - Take a pan to keep on gas add in oil 1 spoon add in the garlic clove, add ginger,add chillies fry its add in tomatoes and grind in all mixer, keep in a bowl and add salt taste. Ready to serve.
