Ingredients

20minutes.
2 peopele
  1. as requiredIddli previous day remaining baked
  2. 2 onion
  3. 3Chilli .
  4. 4curry patta
  5. pinch .hingf
  6. 5 red chilli(sukha)
  7. 2 dhania patta
  8. as required coriander leaves fresh few
  9. as required idli gunpowder
  10. as per taste .salt
  11. as required.refined oil or til oil for fry
  12. 1/2 tsp .urad dal
  13. 1/2 tsp .chana dal
  14. 2 .greenchill
  15. 1/2 tsp hing
  16. 7-9 curry patta

Cooking Instructions

    First previous day remaining iddli make it small and smashed with your hand.

    Then take a Kadai pour some til oil make a tadka pour rai,uraddal,channadal,green

    Chilli,red chilli,hing,karipatha,make it fry in a golden brown and add small pieces onion make them into golden brown slowely add your iddli broken pieces adding little bit of haldi gunpowder and salt and mix with your spatula regularly in a medium flame of gas let them cook into golden brown

    After sometime if you need extra cripsness add Daki and butter it is up to your taste garnish with coriander leaves you can,eat with rasam is narial chutney or sambar your wish....
