You can add all vegetables which you like.
I have used basmati rice , you can use any. But basmati rice makes perfect combination.
You can add dry fruit, pomegranate and coriander leaves. Let's go for the receipe.

Ingredients

30 minutes
2 peoples
  1. 2 bowlbasmati rice
  2. 1/2 cupgreen peas
  3. 1chopped carrot
  4. as neededWater
  5. 3 tbspghee
  6. 1Cardamom
  7. 1 inchcinnamon stick
  8. 1 tspcumin seeds
  9. 1star anise
  10. 2bay leaves
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1 tspshahi biryani masala
  13. 3-4cashews
  14. 5-6Raisins

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly soak and wash basmati rice and take a pan boil water and add ghee, salt, rice, green peas and chopped carrot.

    Boil it. Once it is boiled then filter it. And rest it with 2-3 hours.

    After that take a pan and add ghee, cumin seeds, star, cardamom, cinnamon, cashews, raisins, bay leaf fry it for 2 minutes.

    Add boiled rice on it. And add salt, sahi biryani masala.

  5. 5

    Garnish it with pomegranate, dry fruits, coriander leaves etc. Enjoy.
