Ingredients

  2. 1 tbspcurd

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the milk in a pan.

    The milk should be not very hot only lukewarm.

    Take a spoon full of curd and mix it in the milk. Mix it properly, cover it and keep it at hot place for 4 to 5 hours.

    After 4 to 5 hours, the milk will set as curd. Now keep it in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours for chilling.

  5. 5

    After 2 to 3 hours the curd is ready to serve. Sprinkle Black pepper powder and salt.
