    First boiled eggs in water when boiled peel them and cut them in halves now take grated ginger and coriander leaves washed them and keep it aside

    Now take a tadka pan add cumin seeds once it crackle add Hing roast it till it turns aromatic

    Now off the flame and serve halve cut eggs in a plate add roasted cumin seeds Hing mixture Garam Masala chat masala black salt pepper you can use lemon too add coriander leaves and served it hot you can add red chilli powder too
