Cooking Instructions

Soak tovar dal for 2-3 hours. Cut all the vegetables. Wash tovar dal and vegetables properly

Soak imli in hot water for 1 hour. When it become soft then mash it and and squeeze it

Now take a cooker add tovar dal, all vegetables, salt turmeric powder, water and give 4-5 whistles.

Finely cut onions and churn tomatoes.

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, kadhi patta, hing and dry chillies to it. then add onions and golden brown it

Add tomato pulp, and cook till it leave oil. Add dhania powder, chilli powder and sambhar masala.

Mash the boiled dal and vegetables with masher. Add tomato pulp to it. Add imli pulp. Add required water. And cook it for more 15-20 minutes. Serve with dosa or idli
