  1. 1bowlMater ,
  2. 3green chillies,
  3. 5 ashews,
  4. 2tsp roasted gram
  5. 250gmPaneer,
  6. 2 cardamom,
  7. 1inch dalchin,
  8. 2 cloves
  9. 1 tspsahi paneer masala powder,
  10. 2tsp red chilli powder,
  11. 2tsp salt
  12. 3onions,
  13. 3tomatoes,
  14. 1tsp ginger garlic paste,
  15. as required dhania patta

Cooking Instructions

    Take 2tsp oil in kadai and add sliced onions n cashew saute. Add whole spices n saute then add diced tomatoes and fry till they aur soft. Then keep the mixture aside and let it cool.

    Again add 1tsp oil in same kadai add mustard seeds n jeera and after spluttering add ginger garlic paste n saute then add water and add mutter n let it cook.

    Cut the paneer into cubes. Grind the onion tomato cashew chillies mixture. Add water and grind. Add to kadai and mix. After cooking for sometime add paneer and cook. Add 1tsp sahi paneer, add 2tsp chilli powder and 2tsp salt. Let the curry cook. Finally add coriander leaves.
