Ingredients

  1. 200 gmpaneer cubed
  2. 1/2 cuppeas boled
  3. 1 cuponion chopped
  4. 1tomato chopped
  5. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1 tspSahi jeera / cumin
  8. 1bay leaf
  9. 1green cardamom
  10. 1small piece cinnamon
  11. To tastesalt and sugar
  12. As neededoil

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the paneer in milk

  2. 2

    Heat oil and temper Sahi jeera,bay leaf cardamom and cinnamon

  3. 3

    Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a while

  4. 4

    Now add onion chopped and salt

  5. 5

    Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and mix well

  6. 6

    Now add peas and paneer with milk an cook for 2 minutes and serve.
