  9. to tasteSalt
  10. as neededButter/ Ghee
  11. leavesChopped coriander
  12. Fresh curd or malai is optional

    Mater paneer
    Paneer homemade hai..use square pieces me cut kar ke deep fry karo butter ya ghee me...
    Kadhai me khada garam masala lo..tez patta..loong.. elacchi..daal chini.. Kali mirch..dry dhaniya..and dry red chilli..sabko roast kar ke mixer me grind karo..dein pan me oil lo zeera.. Lehsun adrak paste..and grind Kiya masala add karo..dein chopped ya kissa wala pyaz.. tamater and all dry masale sabko pakne do..add 1 spoon fresh curd if u hv or malai
    Dein add mater and thod
